One of the great things about running a Michongo is that it encourages people to try your business for the first time. Our refund policy, gives customers peace of mind. Even though the customer might not know your business, they know us. Our Michongo refund policy is part of the reason customers are willing to try new things with Michongo.

 

In short, our return policy states that:

 

Customers can return any unredeemed voucher for a refund within the first three days after purchase. After that, all sales are final. On the amount to be refunded, 20 percent of the total amount will be deducted as the transaction cost, and the rest will be refunded. Vouchers are always worth at least the amount a customer paid for it even if the promotional value has expired.

 

If a customer uses a Michongo voucher before its promotional value expires, takes a Getaways trip, or attends a MichongoLive event and is disappointed by the experience, we will work with the customer (and you, the Service Provider) to make it right within 14 days of the voucher’s use.

 

For Michongo Getaways, if a customer is unable to book the stay that he or she wants, during the available dates and before the book-by date, we’ll refund the unredeemed Getaways voucher. After the book-by date passes, all sales are final. The customer’s unredeemed voucher is always worth at least the amount paid for it—even if the promotional value has expired.

 

For Michongo Goods, unless the Details says otherwise, customers can return almost any item purchased directly from Michongo Goods within 14 days of receipt. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or have missing parts.
