Michongo Return / Refund Policy

One of the great things about running a Michongo is that it encourages people to try your business for the first time. Our return policy, gives customers peace of mind. Even though the customer might not know your business, they know us. Our Michongo return policy is part of the reason customers are willing to try new things with Michongo.

 

In short, our return policy states that:

1.  Any return request should be made directly from the App within 3 days after order being delivery

2.  Products should be returned in the exact same condition as received with no visual signs of use. They should be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it

3.  Buyers bear all shipping costs for the return, with exception to cases where buyer received a wrong or damaged product

4. Buyer must write reasons why he/she want to return

5. All returns must be granted / denied by Vendors with reason for such action, if vendor failed to act within three days since return application date by user, our system will automatically confirm the return and continue with refund

6.  Refunds are initiated based on Michongo’s return policy, after Michongo receives the returned product from the buyer

7. If refund is to be granted, Michongo will not refund transaction cost incured by buyer when buying Mchongo

8. All refunds will need atleast 7 working days after being approved by Vendor as mentioned (5) above.
